Both shelf-stable and hormone-free, this dried sweet cream has a 72% butterfat content, which is perfect for adding a rich flavor to recipes without adding moisture!
How to Use Heavy Cream Powder: Blend a scoop directly into sauces and soups for a rich, sweet flavor. We recommend using a whisk, milk frother, or hand mixer for a smooth and creamy consistency every time. For baking applications, add heavy cream powder with other dry ingredients. Please note that this is not a powdered coffee creamer or an instant cream powder and will not dissolve instantly in liquid.
